At ENO, I enjoy the high degree of decision-making freedom. In the operational environment of purchasing, I am largely my own boss, which is very satisfying. I particularly appreciate the lively exchange and contact with the suppliers. Internal cooperation works really well and I also have a very good relationship with my colleagues in my private life.

Movement and the opportunity to work independently and freely are particularly important to me. Although the work can be exhausting, I'm very happy here in logistics overall. I draw my motivation at work primarily from the teamwork and mutual support.

The versatility of the work, constantly facing new challenges and tasks, is fundamental for me. I am very happy with my job. Accounting has always been my passion and the ENO Group has enabled me to develop very well. The cooperation in my team is excellent.

The relaxed and informal atmosphere at ENO is particularly valuable to me. Both superiors and management are approachable and open to constructive suggestions. I am extremely satisfied with my work, as the tasks are very varied and no two days are the same. The responsible tasks challenge me, but I am always accompanied by supportive colleagues. Since my time at ENO, I have been able to continuously grow, develop and learn new skills. The teamwork is exemplary - we support each other, appreciate each other and solve problems together.

Media design is varied, to the point, fast-moving and cross-media. You are always working on different projects at different stages and to precisely defined deadlines at the same time. Stressful? Sure, every now and then, but it is precisely this versatility that I am passionate about. The trust placed in me that I can work independently, autonomously and freely in a team that is just as motivated and provides active, solution-oriented support provides a strong foundation. The friendly way we interact with each other ensures a relaxed working atmosphere every day.
