Taking over the technical maintenance and value retention measures for our properties
Implementation/supervision of the installation and repair of building services and furnishings, e.g. in the areas of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation
Minor manual work indoors and outdoors
Supervision of external companies and coordination of service assignments
Support with set-up and dismantling work as well as company events (e.g. company trade fairs)
On-call service once a month (Mon-Fri) - Region Nordhorn

Completed craft/technical training or comparable qualification
Ideally experience in the supervision of building services and knowledge of the above-mentioned activities, especially for gas, water and heating systems
Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
Team player with an independent and service-oriented way of working
High degree of reliability, resilience and flexibility
Class B driver's license
