Your tasks

  • Comprehensive support for e-commerce partners
  • Quotation preparation, order processing and product range optimization
  • Data and price maintenance and monitoring of price interfaces
  • Accompanying action and campaign planning as well as active market observation as an impulse generator for sales activities and derivation of measures
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces and manufacturer partners
  • Expanding existing customer relationships and establishing new business relationships

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on sales or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in customer service and ideally knowledge of the use of e-commerce platforms
  • Affinity for the technical product world and a feel for digital trends & tools
  • High degree of resilience, sense of responsibility and organizational skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking as well as the ability to derive result and solution-oriented measures
  • Confident appearance as well as strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English
