Your tasks

  • Business customer support in the area of repair service (mobile devices, displays, white and brown goods)
  • Customer acquisition in the area of service and logistics services
  • Responsibility for sales and earnings
  • Key figure analysis to ensure relevant KPIs
  • Quotation and order processing
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts and conditions
  • Central point of contact for internal teams and external business partners
  • Independent resolution of escalation cases with decision-making authority
  • Implementation and coordination of project-related and cross-divisional matters and functions

Your profile

  • Degree, technical or commercial training with relevant professional experience
  • Professional experience and/or further training in sales or project management
  • Team player with high self-motivation and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong sense of responsibility, high level of commitment and communication skills as well as strong negotiating skills
  • Organizational talent with a very good understanding of processes and a hands-on mentality
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally also of ERP systems
