Trainee meetings are held regularly during the apprenticeship, providing an opportunity for fun and support. The mutual exchange makes it possible to give each other quick and uncomplicated feedback, discuss challenges and find solutions together.

A spokesperson is elected each year to coordinate projects and act as a point of contact for all trainees. That’s really cool, because it gives us as trainees a supportive and motivating environment for our professional development and we can exchange ideas openly within this framework.
