The first day at the ENO Group starts together for all trainees from the different companies and professions. To provide a good introduction and a quick overview, the managers present topics such as corporate culture, values, organizational structure, working hours and guidelines.

The trainees are assigned a mentor and an experienced trainee in their department so that they always get quick answers to any questions they may have, especially at the beginning. The Group places great emphasis on gaining practical experience right from the start and actively involving trainees in projects.
