Your tasks

  • Marketing of products and services to resellers
  • Business customer care
  • Active telephone customer advice and sales in technical and commercial terms
  • Expanding and developing new business relationships and opening up new sales channels
  • Mainly outbound sales activities
  • Expansion of the customer base
  • Accompanying action and campaign planning as well as active market observation as an impulse generator for sales activities
  • Close cooperation with the internal interfaces

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on sales or comparable qualification or career changer with sales drive and ambition for outbound
  • Professional experience in customer acquisition, primarily in the IT/telecommunications industry as well as consumer & household appliances, outbound call center experience an advantage
  • Strategic and analytical thinking as well as the ability to derive result and solution-oriented measures
  • Enthusiasm & affinity for the products of the above-mentioned industry
  • High resilience and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
